We use metal frames with polycarbonate lenses which makes your UNRAVVEL sunglasses lighter and comfortable to wear. All of our lenses have UV400 protection.
Our stainless steel chains are 20cm long x 3mm wide, total length of chain with clasp is 22cm.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders typically ship within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Orders will arrive between 7 to 10 business days after the day of your purchase. Please allow extra shipping time during sale periods or holiday seasons.
Some customized pieces require extended production time. Any custom items are shipped as soon as the piece is ready. The customer will be notified via email and provided with a tracking number.

Free shipping to Mexico, USA and Canada. Standard shipping (7 to 10 days delivery) costs are included with your purchase.
Shipping to any Country outside of our included delivery area will be subject to a $900MXN ($45USD) fee.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties & Taxes (International):
We ship directly from Canada and Mexico based on your location, which means there will not be International duties and taxes associated to your purchase upon arrival.
All other International orders outside of our delivery area please note: customs, duty fees and import COD fees are not included in your purchase. All duty fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
We do not refund any costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees. If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 3-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request it only if the return is a result of our error (wrong sunglasses/crystal or damaged goods).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers are financially responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning an item. A return tracking number must be provided, as we are not responsible for any packages until they reach our destination.
All sale items are final sale. Sale items are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchanges. Any item purchased on sale or with a discount code is considered final sale.
All made to order, special edition and one of a kind pieces are final sale, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
